Happy autum y'all
Can't believe it's October already September has ended and I am awake with crisp air and leaves browningof falling off leaves soon...with the outer change in nature lies a change from with in me at the start of every new season looking at my material things and clutter in a new way...to condense, donate and throw out is the theme every season.
So this pass month I had went through the transition and process of giving away things that I had attachment to in my youth but now no longer serve me.
I think it's tremendous and beyond helpful to look at transition and change as not a bad thing or something that we have to go through but rather a stage or stages where I think about what serves me. Examples have I worn it , have I used it, have I even thought about it in the past 6 monthes to a year then no it doesn't so I find a way to donate or sell it or throw it away. One of those many things were past boyfriends letters and cards. They were a nice energy to have and parting was such sweet sorrow I recognized a space in my head and heart that opened up after I took pictures of them and threw them out. Some people choose to burn which is fine but I like to shred there is something cathartic and ether for me to do that. It works for me.
So down sizing and condensing the old energy in order to bring in the new energy (in which I hope a new relationship) I get rid of the past cards.Out with the old energy and in with the new...it feels as though a weight has been lifted off my shoulders. The bonus....I found my best friend (who passed away) cd case filled with oldie but goodies that some how spoke to me and said hear listen to these these is what you cleared space for. So now the drawer that was filled with old letters and cards now has a home of a dear friends cd case.
Everything has a home and I hope you find yours as well. So happy fall and happy condensing.
Hello August! Feng shui changes on the 8th of August but look for shifts to begin occurring around the 3 or 4th. This month all south, SE, SW facing houses have the best energies - with windfall, opportunity and wealth luck coming to the money side (front) of the house. The center hosts the 2 star -- so watch for nagging problems (health, money). Soothe it with a smooth crystal ball and keep dimly lit and quiet. Houses with the north, NE, NW have the toughest energies to deal with. Activate the S, SW, SE sectors of the house and keep the E, NW, N, NE corners quiet. The West has opportunity for writers, students and communicators. Add globes, crystals here. Be careful if there is depression as there can be self-harming tendencies, especially for west bedrooms. By far the south has the best luck -- add crystals, wealth bowl to boost windfall, opportunity, wealth luck!
Having a octagon driveway! :) I found this one on a 3 million dollar house in Palo Alto coincidence ? I think not...
Uplift the vibration and energy through just adding new fun bed sheets to your child's room!http://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B00JFGHSSW/ref=redir_mdp_mobile?tag=vrzo04-20

Hi there welcome to jillrfengshui! In my blog I will touch upon a number of areas related to Feng shui, organization and children. There is a lot of information out there related to Feng shui and environment, but very little directly related to children and children's environment with in Feng shui. In finding very little about Feng shui in children's rooms, this further propelled me to start a business, write a blog, and focus on children's rooms and environment to help inspire, motivate, and change the lives of children and the world through their caregivers help. In visiting sf moma over the weekend I was once again reminded of simplicity when observing the tapestry made of hair and yarn to make a huge free flowing hanging installation that covered the whole vertical space of the lobby and staircases that leads up to the top floor. Simplicity, in my experience has helped children with add and ADHD focus and get more done in terms of their speech, physical, and occupational therapy. To have one main wall where the child frequently sees the wall; during the day, covered with the goals or agenda pecs for the day, will help the child focus. It will be also be able to help better understand and to be able to anticipate what will be going on for that day. Much like the tapestry that was viewed in the last day at #sfmoma
